Effective Cellulite Reducers What are They?

Are there really home remedies to reducing the appearance of cellulite dimples on your thighs? Based on the huge number of answers on wiki websites, yahoo answers and the like I’m going to say there must be something that works.

I’m going to share with you one such method that I’ve read about that has worked for some women. It does involve a little bit of work here (actually exercise) so don’t get scared off. Remember exercise is healthy for us!

Exercises

Exercises for cellulite must be concentrated on the legs not full body movements. Although a full body exercise like swimming can be beneficial. Many women automatically think they should start walking 5 miles a day or jogging. How ever these activities really don’t have the biggest impact on reducing cellulite as more intense work outs of Jump rope, stair climbing or step aerobics do.

Remember the key here is we want to tone and firm those muscles around your upper thigh. When we do this the visible appearance of dimples caused by cellulite will be reduced.

Topical Treatments

This idea sort of stems from looking at the key ingredients in certain anti cellulite products such as Revitol Cellulite where the key ingredient is often caffeine. I know that drinking 10 cups of coffee each day isn’t going to produce the similar results to applying a topical anti cellulite lotion. Why? Because when applied topically the caffeine is absorbed by the skin where it’s needed most.

The alternative how ever is applying coffee grounds to your legs each day. Before you toss out those coffee grounds into the compost heap take some to the shower with you. Massage them into your thighs for several minutes. It might feel a little strange, but this should have some of the benefit of topical cellulite creams.

Of course if you’re weary of rubbing coffee grounds on your body the other alternative is just to purchase a good quality cellulite cream like Revitol’s.

Be Consistent

Like dieting, losing weight or working out if you’re trying to lose cellulite you have to keep up the routine. Trying this for 4 days then giving up because you don’t see results is a waste of time. You must be consistent with it. Truthfully we all know we should be exercising almost every day any ways. We don’t because well life gets in the way.

So try this, exercise 3-4 times a week with a leg focused exercise like that I mentioned and utilize those used coffee grounds or get a good topical cellulite lotion to apply. The combination will help reduce the appearance of cellulite on your legs in just a few weeks.
